Wintery conditions, some sideways rain, some sunshine and everything in between. We were in Giddy Up! (the other side of Potting Mix park) which has a mix of mulch, gravel, sand, loose stuff and bitumen. We're spoilt with our courses!
Thanks to Cycle Closet for supporting volunteers with two Morvelo Plan B jackets randomly drawn. Despite the average weather we had just over 20 people help set the course up from 7:45am, and it was done with 5 minutes to spare. Harrison Waugh was the lucky person drawn from the morning crew, and for pack-up an excellent crowd hung around with many people winning swag thanks to Focus Bikes, with Alison Sorrel winning the Cycle Closet jacket. Everyone who started today had their name added in the draw for a Focus Mares carbon CX frame.
