Port Adelaide Cycling Club herby gives notice that the 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 27 May 2019 at the Club Rooms located at Hanson Reserve, corner Fifth Avenue and the Parkway, Woodville Gardens.
Light refreshments will be served and all members of the Port Adelaide Cycling Club (either Cycling Australia or Mountain Bike Australia affiliation) are invited to attend.
No nominations were received from within the membership for election to the Committee by the close off date of 30 April 2019. As such, no voting will be required. The Committee can fill a vacant position on the Committee after the Annual General Meeting, and assistance in serving on the Committee would be welcome.
