The Junior Dirt Skills Program is a joint initiative of the Port Adelaide Cycling Club and the Adelaide Mountain Bike Club. Our main aim is to teach children the skills and etiquette to increase their competence, confidence, and enjoyment of riding bikes in natural and off-road environments. The course caters for girls and boys aged from 5 to 12 years and is tailored and structured to suit their various abilities.

This program is capped at 70 children and is currently fully subscribed. To register your interest for future programs, please email [email protected]

  • Hi Guys,

My son was involved in the junior dirt skills last winter. I would like to book him in again. Is it to early? And where can I go to do it?
    Thanks for your help.

    Chad.

  • Hi Chad,

Exciting news is on the way for the 2019 Junior Dirt Skills Program. Kev and Kain have restructured the program moving forward JDS will be a a series of classes. Information will be advertised publicly to PACC & AMBC members as dates and locations are confirmed. Registrations for each event will open two weeks ahead of the event, and will remain open for 7 days unless sold out.

These changes will ensure that JDS is more accessible to our members, and ensures maximum attendance each week.

Keep your eyes on the website and our Facebook page (and AMBC page) for further details.
