The AGM will be held in the back room of the King's Head Hotel, 357 King William Street, Adelaide.
There will be a pizza menu on offer with 3 varieties to choose from (inc. vegetarian option). Regular pub food can be purchased from the front bar.
In line with current Covid-19 restrictions, members are asked to QR check in to the venue, and again as you enter the back room to attend the AGM. Masks are to be worn unless eating or drinking.
The AGM is open to current financial members of Port Adelaide Cycling Club.
Port Adelaide Cycling Club hereby gives notice that the 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 24 August 2021 at the King's Head Hotel, King William Street, Adelaide.
This meeting is open to all members of the Port Adelaide Cycling Club.

- Presentation of Audited Financial Statements
- Amendments to the Constitution
- Elections of the 2021-22 Committee
- Junior Scholarship Winners
- Life Memberships
- Volunteer of the Year
