Dimensions of SA Bike Rack NUMBER PLATES

I've ordered a number plate for my bike rack and wish to make (before receiving the new plate) an adapter to ensure the new plate fits my rack. The dimensions of the plate are given here as 252 x 98mm.

Can someone please tell me the hole dimensions for these plates? Distance between centres is what I'm most interested in, and hole diameter if you happen to have some callipers on hand.

Four holes - one in each corner. 12mm from edges ie 228mm apart and 74mm apart.
Hole size 5mm

Also there are two 5mm clearance slots centred 12mm down from the top side. Ends of the slots are at 65 and 90mm and 160 and 185mm.

Ruler measurement no calipers handy.

Drop in and pick up one of my old bike plates as a template?
